INFORMATION STRATEGY PLANNING
The Information Strategy Plan (ISP) is our MEA-related component for developing the Row 1 models of the Zachman Framework for Enterprise Architecture.  A primary deliverable from this important activity is a focused, effective and implementable information management plan.  The objective of the planning endeavor is to develop goals, objectives, strategies and a plan that: brings order, discipline and predictability to the application of information technology; serves the business requirements of the enterprise; and minimizes costs.

ENTARCO provides a variety of seminars directed at different audiences and for varying interest levels.  Our seminars vary from one-half day Enterprise Architecture Overview and 2-day Enterprise Architecture Seminar, both presented by John Zachman to a 1-day Methodology for Enterprise Architecture Overview to a 4-day Methodology for Enterprise Architecture Seminar, both presented by Douglas Erickson.

In addition, ENTARCO provides full training and education on our Methodology for Enterprise Architecture.  This training and education is provided to our services customer’s personnel who are assigned to work on Enterprise Architectures projects.
